A lovely Christmas custom for the people of San Antonio and their families is Ballet San Antonio’s The Nutcracker, which stars a cast of over 100 young actors and community leaders as Mother Ginger. Originally commissioned by Ballet San Antonio for Ballet San Antonio, Haley and Easton Smith’s The Nutcracker had its world premiere on November 23, 2018, at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.
