Christmas at The Caverns
At Natural Bridge Caverns, they celebrate Christmas unlike anywhere else in the world! Nestled in the scenic Texas Hill Country, they kick their holiday festivities up a notch. Hear your favorite carols echo through Texas’ largest underground cavern. As the sun sets behind our 30-foot Christmas tree, stroll through our 1/3-mile trail of lights. Take your Santa photos, then round up his reindeer in our 5000 square foot outdoor maze and listen to story time with Mrs. Claus. Don’t forget to roast s’mores, enjoy live music, and shop for your holiday gifts!

Santa’s Ranch Drive-Through
Explore Santa’s Ranch and enjoy one of the best Christmas Displays in the region. Enjoy kettle corn, hot cocoa, and other holiday snacks as you drive through winding country roads and spectacular Christmas lights and structures! Bring your friends and family along! Please note that Trailers, Buses, Limos, or RVs are not allowed.

San Marcos: Roughhouse Trail Of Lights
This holiday season, bring the family out to the second-annual Roughhouse Trail of Lights! FREE to attend, they’ve set up an easy and entertaining walking loop with several fun and creative ranch-inspired light displays!

The trail is accessible from sundown to close each week, Thursday-Sunday, starting 12/10 and ending 12/31 during normal operating hours. The trail will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
The trail is not paved. It is a rugged dirt/grass path, so please take caution when navigating the land. The use of strollers or wheelchairs is doable but not recommended. Please use your own discretion.

New Braunfels: Kids Holiday Fun Day
Join them on Tuesday, December 20th for an afternoon filled with Holiday Fun. They have a Nativity Petting Zoo with Happy Tails from 2-4 pm and Pictures with Krause Klaus from 4-6 pm. They will also have cookie decorating kits by Emerald Whisk and DIY s’mores available.

Wimberly: Polar Bear Plunge & 5K
Celebrate the New Year on January 1st with Blue Hole Regional Park’s sixth annual Polar Bear Plunge & 5K! This action-packed event is fun for the whole family! Tickets are $25 per person. This covers your admission to the 5K, a special edition Blue Hole Polar Bear Plunge T-shirt, and a swag bag! All Sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you are just plunging, you do not need a ticket. They will have a fire at our firepit, hot drinks, and music! Make sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel. There are songs, lights, and family fun at this dazzling light festival which will run till early January next year! Lights are on every night until January 2! Sunday – Thursday 6 pm – 10 pm & Friday – Saturday to 11 pm. Remember to Tune in to 94.5 FM. Passes are available at the gate.

Boerne: Old West Christmas Light Fest
Another year of Christmas magic is brought to Boerne, Texas, just north of San Antonio, with the Old West Christmas Light Fest at Enchanted Springs Ranch! Enjoy live music, snacks, and drinks, shop at the neighborhood artisan handmade market, and enjoy family activities like visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus as you stroll through more than 2 million twinkling lights in an authentic Old West town.
