Resident Season Pass

City of Boerne residents can get two free parking pass windshield stickers per household, so you don’t need to bring proof of residency each time you visit the park.

If more than one sticker is needed, please bring a copy of your vehicle insurance as proof of the number of vehicles in a household. Additional stickers for resident households with more than two vehicles are available for $25 each.

Animals

  • Pets must be leashed at all times.
  • It is unlawful to harm or kill any wild or native animal or bird in the park.

Boats

  • Boats must be operated in accordance with state law.
  • Only city emergency or maintenance vehicles are allowed on the dam structure.
  • No swimming or launching boats within 1,000 feet of the Water Treatment Plant intake.
  • No swimming or wading within 50 feet of the boat ramp.

Fires

  • Fires are only allowed for cooking or grilling food in the permanent grilling units provided by the city.
  • Ashes must be extinguished and disposed of properly.

Vehicles

  • All vehicles must be street-legal and parked in designated areas only.

Wildlife

  • It is unlawful to damage or destroy any plant or wildlife in the park.
  • State fishing laws apply, except that no trot lines, throw lines, or set lines are allowed.

Additional Restrictions

  • Camping overnight is prohibited, except for official programs sanctioned by the city.
  • Glass beverage containers are not allowed in the park.
  • Discharging firearms is prohibited.
  • Commercial activities are prohibited without a permit.
  • Selling or offering for sale any goods or services is prohibited without a permit from the Parks and Recreation Department.
