This is no surprise for all of us H-E-B fans out there, but here’s another feather to the H-E-B cap.

Ipsos, a global research firm, recently released its findings about the E-Commerce Experience Report, a shopping study that ranked nationwide brands on the fulfillment of online orders for pickup. According to the report, H-E-B ranks THE BEST in the nation for eCommerce experience!!!

H-E-B Best eCommerce Experience Ranking – Details

Based on consumer feedback across 14 grocery chains, Ipsos found H-E-B the top brand fulfilling online orders through pickup.

Based in San Antonio, the grocery store chain earned the top spot on account of its in-stock availability, ability to schedule pickup times, and good instructions on order pickup.

Additionally, high accuracy levels, minimum or no fees, and excellent communication have helped H-E-B lead the category. Other brands such as Publix and Aldi have earned the other rankings in this category.

Chipotle Takes the Top Spot Among Food & Beverage Brands

Chipotle has been ranked the best of all food and beverage brands. It is because of its straightforward ordering process and ease of use. Besides, easy-to-find pickup locations constitute another reason for Chipotle’s success.

Panda Express ranked second, followed by Subway.
