Brackenridge Park Golf Course

La Cantera

La Cantera Resort has two golf courses. Both have ranked as the best golf courses in San Antonio over the years. The resort course has five sets of tees on each hole to accommodate player skill levels. You’ll be able to see breathtaking views of the Hill Country and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

Palmer Course at La Cantera

The Palmer Course is the best public golf course in San Antonio. This is the other La Cantera course. Arnold Palmer created this course that’ll challenge you anytime you tee. With holes that go over a lake with waterfalls… if you have the chance to golf, go here.

TPC San Antonio

With 36 holes, TPC San Antonio is perfect for a day of golf. TPC also holds the Valero Open. To golf on these greens, you’ll need a membership. TPC offers several options for membership, even for those who are non-residents.

Embassy Miniature Golf

Mini golf is a way to experience golfing in San Antonio for cheap. Embassy Miniature Golf isn’t big like the top golf courses in San Antonino, but it’s fun for everyone! Even those who are professional.

Riverside Golf Course

Not too far from downtown San Antonio, you can find an 18 hole golf course with a 9-hole par 3 course. This is known as Riverside. It’s a course that is great for the whole family because it’s forgiving for beginners. You can also rent clubs for your time on the greenery.

Mission Del Lago

Located on Southside you can find Mission Del Lago Golf Course. What makes one of the best public golf courses in San Antonio is that it’s built on flatter land. The designer of the golf course is the only American Golf Architect to design a course in Scotland. With 18 holes, you’ll be able to test your game along with ponds, raised greens, and more.

McClain Disc Golf Course

Disc Golf needs some love too! The McClain Disc Golf Course is for those who like to throw and not putt. There are several disc golf courses in San Antonio that are worth checking out.

Top Golf San Antonio

Top Golf has locations in different cities. While you aren’t walking to different holes and are staying in a bay, Top Golf allows you to practice your golfing and can be a cheap golf course in San Antonio if you are in a group. Check out their website to see their weekly specials.

The Club at Sonterra
