The Magik Theatre’s Camp Showbiz

Description: Be the star of your own story with The Magik Theatre! More than 14,000 young people ages 3 to 17 have taken part in Camp Showbiz, San Antonio’s premiere theatre arts summer program.
At Camp Showbiz, no two sessions are alike, so there’s always something new and exciting for students to experience! With guidance from their professional teaching artists, campers take charge of their experience by learning how to collaborate together to create one-of-a-kind shows. Over the course of a session, campers will have fun growing their imaginations by developing original plays and films, sharpening acting and improvisational skills, and rehearsing show-stopping musical numbers.

Summer at Saint Mary’s Hall

The Cibolo Nature Center’s summer camps nurture an awareness and appreciation of the outdoor world and give opportunities and learning experiences for all children. Global Archaeology: Untold Stories
During this week-long summer camp, children take part in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities while learning about the untold stories of the past from around the world by exploring archaeological discoveries not disclosed to public audiences. Each day will focus on a different topic and include some great presentations, hands-on activities, and imaginative crafts all at the UTSA’s Center for Archaeological Research on UTSA’s 1604 campus. The DoSeum Summer Camps

Kids between the ages of 8 and 14 with epilepsy can attend Camp Neuron this summer absolutely free. The Epilepsy Foundation Texas sponsors this opportunity for children with epilepsy to provide them with a fun and exciting residential camping experience.
