When is National Nurses Week 2025?

The American Nurses Association states that each year, National Nurses Week starts on May 6 and finishes on May 12—Florence Nightingale’s birthday. Since 1998, May 8 has been recognized as National Student Nurses Day and is now observed every year. Since 2003, National School Nurse Day has been observed on the third Wednesday of National Nurses Week (May 6–12).
