La Hacienda de Los Barrios– Their shady patio backs up to a huge playground. Your kids will also get a kick out of the Oak tree and twinkle lights.
Tycoon Flats– The playground at this restaurant is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. The big kids will like the rustic patio.
Two Bros BBQ Market– The playground here is practically a fortress. Kids will love the patio tables and double- slide playscape.
The Pigpen– This neighborhood bar also has an outdoor patio with a play structure for kids.

Tribeca 212– You wouldn’t expect an upscale restaurant to be kid- friendly but this one is! They have a whole room devoted to kids and families- toys galore!
Beto’s AltMex– This restaurant has an awesome patio with a playground and an outdoor TV.
The Big Bib– This restaurant does not have a playground but we think it belongs on the list. Go there and you’ll see why- they’re right next to a runway where planes and helicopters land and take off all day long.
Willie’s Grill & Ice House– All Willie’s Locations have that famous sandbox and mini- arcade. The kids will love it- and you’ll love the margaritas.
Longhorn Cafe– Each Longhorn Cafe location has different amenities but they’re all super family friendly. Check out their arcade games, patios, playgrounds, and kid- approved food.
La Cabana– This restaurant is way east, in Cibolo, but worth the drive. They have great food, outdoor seating, a playground, and tons of photo ops.
Peter Piper Pizza– All of their locations feature arcade games, pizza, and wings. Can’t go wrong!
Magic Time Machine– This restaurant doesn’t technically have a playground. That’s because the whole restaurant IS a playground. They have the Simpsons, face painting, character appearances, bubbling science experiments, smoking desserts, hidden tables, and more.
Burleson Yard Beer Garden– Ping pong tables, outdoor space, fire pits, and a playground at this beer house.
Big’z Burger Joint– This counter- serve restaurant boasts a huge outdoor patio, cafeteria- style seating, tons of green space for the kids to run around, TVs, and more. They have another location off of 281.
Viola’s Ventanas– This Mexican eatery has an outdoor patio with a huge Oak tree and a play area.
El Chapparal– You’ll be seriously impressed with their huge play structure and outdoor open space.
Pericos– This Mexican restaurant has it all. The kids will get a kick out of the decor, watching the tortillas, and their huge playground.
