The Friendly Spot Ice House

The Southtown icehouse occupies a converted 1930s gas station in the King William Historic District and spreads across multiple buildings, bars, outdoor tables, and lawn chairs.

Slackers basically asked, “Why should halftime mean sitting around?” and built a barcade around the answer.
The Rector Plaza location packs a dozen large LCD screens downstairs, then sends you upstairs to a lineup of classic arcade games including Mortal Kombat II, The Simpsons, Tekken, Ms. Pac-Man, skee-ball, and NFL Blitz. Even better, the arcade games go free on Sundays.
