Morgan’s Inspiration Island to kick off San Antonio summer fun with Splash Day 2021

Summer is almost here! In Texas, the warm weather brings plenty of opportunities to have fun in the water. Morgan’s Inspiration Island in San Antonio is kicking of summer in style with Splash Day 2021 this Memorial Day weekend. The park with be open from 11 am to 4 pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the long weekend.

About Morgan’s Inspiration Island – Ultra Accessible, Fully Inclusive Splash Park in San Antonio

What: Tropically-themed Morgan’s Inspiration Island offers numerous ways to get wet and have fun under the South Texas sun. New for 2021 are two colorful water slides at the Harvey’s Hideaway splash pad.

Morgan’s Inspiration Island includes five major splash pads, the River Boat Adventure ride and support facilities such as the Wheelchair Valet, where guests can transfer out of their personal wheelchairs into specially-designed waterproof wheelchairs for maximum aquatic fun. The park and its revolutionary wheelchairs earned a spot on TIME Magazine’s initial listing of 100 World’s Greatest Places.

Morgan’s Inspiration Island is an outgrowth of the success of renowned Morgan’s Wonderland, the world’s first theme park designed with those with special needs in mind and built for everyone’s enjoyment. Other “family” members include new Morgan’s Wonderland Sports complex and new Morgan’s Wonderland Camp.
