The City of San Antonio, in partnership with District 2 Councilman Jalen McKee-Rodriguez and the San Antonio Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission, invites you and your loved one to participate in the 38th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. March and Celebration.

Experience history in the making as you march alongside fellow community members on Monday.

Following the march, immerse yourselves in a vibrant celebration at Pittman-Sullivan Park. Enjoy captivating multicultural performances, prioritize your well-being in the health and wellness area, and explore a diverse array of food vendors and unique merchandise.

31st Annual MLK Grande Parade

Experience the vibrant tapestry of “Unity Through Diversity” at the MLK Grande Parade! The parade, a vibrant celebration of unity, will weave its way through Midtown, showcasing captivating performances from diverse groups across the nation.

MLK Day Unity Walk

Join Chicken N Pickle for the MLK Walk and celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The walk begins at 9:00 AM, followed by a delicious breakfast and an opportunity to enjoy a friendly game of pickleball until 11:00 AM.

The Annual Dr. Charles Drew Blood Dr. at the MLK Jr. March

The San Antonio Psi Alpha Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and South Texas Blood & Tissue invite you to participate in a meaningful tribute to these esteemed leaders by donating blood.

As a token of their appreciation, Divine Nine members will receive a commemorative 2025 Divine 9 San Antonio Chapters Blood Drive t-shirt, while all non-Greek donors will walk away with a stylish Spurs t-shirt.

And that’s not all! Every generous blood donor will also receive a $10 voucher to enjoy delicious barbecue at Rudy’s BBQ.
