Located on the edge of Boerne, only about 30 minutes from San Antonio, is Don Strange Ranch. Among other attractions, Don Strange Ranch is home to the Alpine Tower & Zipline. Starting at ground level, the ropes course takes you approximately 60 feet into the air and feature a tower, bridges, zip lines, and more.

Helotes Hill Country Ziplines is close to San Antonio, but still offers the amazing views of the Hill Country. This course includes nine ziplines that range from 10 to 1000 feet in height! You can expect speeds to reach about 35 mph, which the site says is “faster than you will in downtown traffic.”

Located at Natural Bridge Caverns, the Twisted Trails Sky Adventure is a unique entry in our list of ziplines near San Antonio, TX. This adventure course is four levels high and includes rope ladders, beams, lily pads, twisted ropes, and more. There are also seven zip rails, which are “like riding a zip line, but the best part is you are in control of what challenges and routes you take as you navigate to the zip rails,” according to the website.
