Following closure of dine-in restaurants in Houston and Dallas, Whataburger has announced it will temporarily close all dining rooms beginning at 3 pm today, March 17th. This includes stores in the San Antonio area.
The announcement is as follows:

As mentioned above, the full menu will still be available in the restaurant’s drive-thru lane. You will also be able to order via the Whataburger App and pickup curbside.
