SeaWorld Texas provided me with the opportunity to visit their park and attend the Jack Hanna show at Wild Days in the hope that I’d share my experience with you. All opinions are mine. Thank you for supporting the brands and initiatives that support San Antonio Mom Blogs!
SeaWorld Texas is a great place to spend spring and Spring Break with your family. This March, don’t miss these three special experiences available at SeaWorld Texas!
Wild Days
Included with your park admission, enjoy Wild Days, unique shows hosted by celebrity wildlife experts who introduce you to rare, fascinating, and exotic animals. Prior to each show’s start, take walk through the Festival Walkway outside the theater to meet SeaWorld animal ambassadors, watch chalk creations come to life in front of your eyes, learn fun animal facts, and grab a photo with SeaWorld costumed characters.
Wild Days Schedule:
Jungle Jack Hanna: March 3 – 4
Flying High: March 9 – 16
SeaWorld Live: March 17 – 18
Seeing Jack Hanna was nothing short of inspirational. He’s a walking encyclopedia of animal facts and his passion for what he does shines through in everything he says. He applauded SeaWorld’s conservation and education efforts and reminded us all that SeaWorld is a vital repository of the ocean world.
How can you love something if you’ve never seen something? Touch the heart, teach the mind.
– Jack Hanna
Pin Trading at SeaWorld
SeaWorld Texas trading pins are now available featuring some of your favorite SeaWorld animals, rides, and more.
Purchase your trading pin starter pack (which includes one lanyard and two pins) in SeaWorld shops. Then, get busy trading! Here’s how:
- Find a SeaWorld Ambassador wearing a pin trading lanyard
- Look at their collection and select your favorite pin.
- Trade one of your pins in exchange for one of their pins.
You may trade up to 3 pins per SeaWorld Ambassador, per day. You may also trade with other pin-traders in the park. Happy trading!
Taumata Racer
Once you shoot (head first!) down Taumata Racer, SeaWorld Texas’ latest water slide, you won’t want to stop! Taumata Racer is:
a high-speed waterslide where riders zoom downhill head first on foam bodysurfing mats. It’s also a competitive ride with six side-by-side lanes. Taumata Racer launches riders in an entry tunnel that makes a swooping, 180-degree turn, then straightens out to make two additional descents over the 375-foot slide length and 55-foot drop in under 10 seconds.
And, here’s more fun you don’t want to miss at SeaWorld Texas:
Feeding and/or swimming with Stingrays (and why it’s safe to do so!)
Riding the new Wave Breaker roller coaster
For a limited time, SeaWorld Texas is offering a super deal: get an annual pass that includes admission (plus additional member benefits) to both SeaWorld and Aquatica for just $79 per person. See details for the Silver Pass here. Then, get ready for an awesome Spring Break!
