Coot Scoot Run for Kids at Mitchell Lake Audubon Center
What: Head out to the 2nd Annual Coot Scoot Kid’s Run. The day will start with Coot-oriented activities and Coot Calisthenics, then move to the start line for the run at 9:30 a.m. All ages are welcome on this 1 mile trail run on improved trails. Finisher medals and refreshments provided. Registration required.

What: Join local Barnes & Noble stores for fun, free events including story time.

“San Antonio | The Saga” at Main Plaza
What: This free video art installation, created by Xavier De Richemont, plays three times a night, weather permitting, on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on the facade of San Fernando Cathedral.

Family Art Play at the McNay Art Museum
What: On the last Sunday of the month, the McNay offers a program for families that involves looking carefully at works of art and investigating a studio or performance component afterwards. This programming is family friendly and great for kids. McNay members can reserve space by calling 210.805.1768 by noon the Friday before. Nonmembers may pick up the remaining passes the day of the activity.
