Independence Day at the Alamo
Celebrate Independence Day at the Alamo with a variety of demonstrations and programs throughout the day. Station topics will include 1700s Spanish Colonial soldiers, weaving and Mission life, weapons, leatherwork, artillery, and black powder firing demonstrations. Interactive activities will include period games, kids’ drills, making corn husk or yarn dolls, and more!

Cibolo’s Land Steward and Woodland master David Touchon will guide on these easy, investigative, and enriching walks that will explore different topics and niches of the area.
This week, it’s the Sensory Awareness Trail where you’ll take a deep dive into the five senses. This trail experience aims to elevate your communications skills and sharpen your woodland situational awareness.
