Summer is almost here and that means it is waterparks time in Texas!!! Splashway waterpark has announced that their waterpark season will start on the 1st of May 2021. That’s great news for people in San Antonio, Houston and Austin and their surrounding areas.
About Splashway
Splashway is a family owned business and claims to be the most family friendly waterpark and campground in Texas. The facility is located at 5211 Main Street, Sheridan, Texas 77475. It is on US 90-A, 20 minutes south of I-10 between San Antonio and Houston and just an hour and a half south of Austin.
Splashway has a water park as well as a campground. The Waterpark promises heart-pounding thrill slides, a lazy river, two wave pools, private cabana rentals, toddler-only splash areas, two cafes, tableside service, Dippin’ Dots, and the list goes on at the Texas waterpark. Personal coolers are welcome inside this waterpark, and life jackets, tubes, and parking are always free.
The campground has a variety of facilities to ensure that the best experience possible. Take a stroll through the dog park, go fishing with the boys, try some water sports, or participate in one of the many outdoor games and activities. If you’re looking for a playground, a picnic spot, or a game of laser tag, they have something for everyone.
