Looking for a unique, low-cost way to have family fun this weekend in San Antonio? How about taking your kids to see a rare, one-of-a-kind water show, featuring some of the country’s best synchronized swimmers?
San Antonio is home to one of the best collegiate synchronized swimming teams in the country: the nationally ranked University of the Incarnate Word synchronized swimming team. They’ll be joined by local competitive synchronized swim teams Cygnets of San Antonio and the Aquarelles for a water show featuring The Best of Broadway this Saturday, October 10, at the UIW Barshop Natatorium, located on the UIW campus at 4301 Broadway, Building #31, 78209.
Shows are at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and tickets are just $4 for kids and students, ages four and up, $8 for adults, and free for kids three and under. A silent auction will be held before and during both shows. Items up for bid include: custom cake decorating services, a Spurs wreath, gift cards for National Bridge Wildlife Ranch, Flemming’s Steak House, Omaha Steaks, the Witte Museum, Cheesy Jane’s, The Grey Moss Inn, and more.
