It’s National Engineering Week and you should celebrate it at the Witte Museum! bring your family and friends for a night of highlighting all the aspects of engineering.
You’ll all learn how to solve engineering problems and practice the engineering-design process. You’ll do these while exploring all the different fields and types of engineering.
One of the awesome things you can do is discover the engineering behind unearthing and studying fossils in the special Antarctic Dinosaurs exhibit. More than that, you’ll get the chance to meet real life engineers who can answer any question you or the kiddies have.

“Winter Wonder” Garden Railroad Fun Day
Is your kid obsessed with trains? Bringing them to this event will get you serious parent brownie points.
Every fourth Sunday of the month, the Houston Area “G” Gaugers (HAGG) model train club meets at the Rosenberg Railroad Museum and runs their special trains on the Garden Railroad Exhibit tracks.
They don’t even know what kinds of trains they’ll see. Steam engines? Circus trains? Patriotic trains? Who knows?!
