Things to Do New Year’s Eve in San Antonio
The Aquarium is hosting a Noon Year’s Eve celebration for kids and families! All the fun of NYE without missing your bedtime. Enjoy an afternoon of fun for the whole family. Aquarium hours will be from 10 am to 7 pm, times may be subject to change.
The San Antonio Zoo Lights event continues until January 3, and it’s a great way to start your NYE evening! Have hot cocoa while strolling through a magical winter land of lights. Right now you can get your tickets for $8 each when you use the code SENSIBLY at checkout. You do NOT want to miss it!
THE SAN ANTONIO RIVERWALK
Dinner on the Riverwalk is one of the best ways to enjoy the fireworks over San Antonio. Admission is usually free and many of the local restaurants and hotels are offering special packages, dinner menus, and more.
NEW YEAR’S EVE VIRTUAL FIREWORKS SHOW
The San Antonio Parks Foundation and Bexar County are teaming up to put on their annual fireworks show, but this year’s edition won’t take place in person. Instead, it will broadcast live on NBC News 4 from 10 pm until 12:30 am.
Take advantage of all the great rides and entertainment at Six Flags this NYE. The park is hosting its New Year’s Ignite the Night! event with fireworks, dancing fountains, video features, and more. Takes place at 10 pm.
Start off the New Year with a strike at Bowlero’s! They have multiple NYE packages available, including unlimited bowling, special food menus, party favors, and more!
Enjoy dinner and a stand-up comedy show at Little Italy’s Meatball Comedy Club. The club promises the show will feature “top comedians and surprise guests”. Dinner starts at 7, and the show gets underway at 8.
