Today, another blog circle! I’m sharing my favorite things and, hey, why get great recommendations from just one blogger when you can get them from TEN fabulous bloggers?
For glamorous footwear and comfort, accept nothing less than the best: Fit Flops. I have at least five pair of Fit Flops in various styles. And, as long as it’s not below freezing, you’ll see me sporting them. I can walk all over SeaWorld in these babies with nary a blister or one bit of discomfort. $100 and worth every shiny penny.
Where to buy: FitFlop.com and Nordstrom
No matter the season, a home that smells of oranges is the happiest home. My Voluspa Vacarro Orange & Myrrh candle keeps our home smelling like a Florida orange grove all year long.
Where to buy: Candle Delirium and Central Market
My lefthand is reserved, obviously, for my wedding ring. But my right hand is reserved for my kids. I adore my Nelle & Lizzy double ring, a Mother’s Day gift from my husband four years ago. You can get as many as three intertwined rings with three different names (one on each ring). It’s my favorite way to always keep my little ones close.
Where to Buy: Nelle & Lizzy
My favorite skincare system keeps my skin clear. But it also shrinks my pores, reduces lines, and eliminates redness. My BFF turned me on to it earlier this year and I’m hooked. It’s Obagi all the way for me.
Where to buy: Obagi retailers
My must-have, can’t-live-without lip stain is Jane Iredale’s lip fixation in Fetish. Paint it on dark or light, let it dry, then coat it with the included shimmery gloss. Its rich color lasts for hours, making it my favorite lip color, bar none.
Where to buy: Jane Iredale and Amar Cosmetics (in Quarry Village)
I love mugs. But what I love even more are mugs that can hold bowlfuls of coffee. Yeah for caffeine! I’m currently coveting these immense, flowery mugs from Anthropologie. Maybe Santa will stick some in my stocking. And maybe I need a bigger stocking.
Where to buy: Anthropologie
Videos, pictures, a bottle of sand taken from the beach where I got married – these things all remind me of my wedding day. But when I catch a whiff of Crabtree & Evelyn’s Citron, I’m immediately transported back to the little beach on Trunk Bay, St. John U.S.V.I. so much so that I nearly swoon from the touch of the trade winds on my cheek. Until I found this body cream earlier this year, I never knew it existed. Yet it so strongly resembles the smell of the blooms in my island wedding bouquet, it’s uncanny. And it’s also my very, very favorite thing.
Where to buy: Amazon
Favorite things are so much fun! I can’t wait to see Megan’s favorite things over at Mean Baby. She’s next in the blog circle. Click through to read her recommendations and then follow along with all of the other fabulous bloggers (they’re favorites of mine too!).
