Holiday Art Market
If you love art and handcrafted items (or know people who do), this is the perfect day to do some holiday shopping. Whether you want to buy something for yourself or a gift for a loved one, you’ll find something from over 100 artisan vendors.
The first 200 guests will get a free gift.

Small Business Saturday Market Hosted by The Texas Market

Magical Memories with Santa and the Dinosaurs

Now’s your chance to hang out with Santa and dinosaurs at the same time! The family can take an epic photo with the Big Man in Red and prehistoric beasts.
Parking for the Witte is quick and easy with the nearby Brackenridge Parking Garage. It’s just a quick walk over to the entrance.
If you have SNAP and/or WIC, you can get discounted tickets through the Museums for All Programs. This brings the price down to $3 for up to four tickets, and you also get half off special exhibitions like their current Spiders: From Fear to Fascination.

Visit from Santa in Frost Plaza

Head over to Frost Plaza for a chance to meet Santa! If you want photos with him, you can purchase a slot for professional photography. There will also be Winterfest activities, like ice skating and a holiday market.
Moana 2: Family Movie Party
The whole family will have a swimmingly good time as they enter the world of Oceania. This Moana 2 Family Party will have themed props and interactive activities for all ages.
Your ticket will get you a conch shell necklace, a Heihei-inspired popping eye keychain, glow bracelets, and a Kakamora craft sticker sheet.
Dress up as your favorite Moana character and set sail. Don’t forget to say “You’re welcome” for a great time.

Now’s your chance to hang out with Santa and dinosaurs at the same time! The family can take an epic photo with the Big Man in Red and prehistoric beasts.
I love visiting the Witte because it’s one of the few places where parking is a no-brainer. The Brackenridge Park Parking Garage is right next to the museum, and you don’t need to cross any main streets to get inside.
The Witte also participates in the Museums for All Program to offer discounted tickets ($3) and half-off special exhibitions to those who receive SNAP and/or WIC. All you have to do is show your EBT card and matching photo ID to get up to four discounted tickets.

Illuminate at the San Antonio Botanical Garden

Let the San Antonio Botanical Garden enchant you with Illumintae, a magical exhibition by Tianyu Arts & Culture.
You’ll journey through illuminated displays that blend culture, art, and nature with light. You’ll be greeted with massive sculptures, intricate designs, and mesmerizing scenes.
When: Saturday, November 30, 2024 | Entry times are available every 30 minutes from 5:30 pm – 9 pm | Until January 12, 2025

How Much: Adults $23 – $30; Children (3-12) $18 – $21; Infants (0-2) Free; *All tickets are subject to a $3 convenience fee; Garden Members receive a 10% per ticket discount. Members also receive a discount on Member Mondays.
Santa Clause Painting Class
Come together as a family and paint Santa, giving him something to smile at as he comes down your chimney.
An art instructor will guide you through the process as you make a unique piece of art and create family memories.
These Painting With a Twist event are perfect for those 5 and up. You’re more than welcome to bring whatever refreshments and snacks you want to complete your painting experience.
