Don’t overpay for cute photos with Santa! Whether you’re looking for a steal of a deal on Santa Photos in San Antonio for your kid or your pet, look no further. Of course, with the pandemic going on, there are way fewer opportunities this year for Santa pictures. However, there are a handful, and we will add more as we learn of any that may be popping up.

Free & Cheap Santa Photo Events in San Antonio
Christmas with Santa in Old Town is a free event in Old Town Helotes on December 11-12 and 18-19 from 6 pm-8 pm. Pictures with Santa are free if you bring your own camera. More info here.
Bass Pro Shops is hosting its annual Santa’s Wonderland in all participating locations. For free, your child can decorate cookies and ornaments, play games, and more. You can also get a free photo with Santa (who is situated behind a plexiglass barrier). This year, there are Covid-safe measures in place. Just register for a Bass Pass.
Bowl & Barrel San Antonio is hosting Bowling with Santa! This event is free for anyone wearing an Ugly Christmas Sweater, or dressed up as Santa or Mrs. Claus, or another holiday character. Get one free hour of bowling plus pictures with Santa on the lanes! The event lasts from 6 pm to 8 pm on December 15th.
Ingram Park Mall will have photos with Santa beginning November 27th. While walk ups are permitted when available, reservations are strongly suggested. You can learn more (and make reservations) here.
North Star Mall is offering professionally taken photos with Santa starting November 27th through Christmas Eve. You have to make reservations in advance. You can learn more here.
Rolling Oaks Mall begins offering Santa photos on November 27th, with COVID-safe measures in place. You can make reservations here.
Texas Transportation Museum has Santa’s Railroad Wonderland this year. The entire area is decorated and you can take train rides. Santa will be there for photos as well! Adults ar $12, Children are $10, and 4 and under are free. Learn more here.
Trader’s Village is hosting the Santa Express again this year with a “Contactless Country Christmas” each weekend this month. Both Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on stage socially distanced 6 feet from you and your family. Kids will sit on a special bench for photos. You can get a 4×6 professionally done for $5, or take our own with your phone. Masks must be worn. Photo packages will also be available.
