It’s important to note that the J is much more than just a fitness facility. While there are plenty of group exercise classes taught by motivated instructors, a selection of top notch personal trainers, and top of the line fitness equipment in two different spaces, we also offer a great selection of activities and programs for individuals of all ages. For example, we have affordable babysitting for children up to nine years of age for use while parents are on site, and we have a wonderful early childcare program in the Block and Dreeben School for Young Children. (Did you know it’s the only NAEYC accredited Jewish program in San Antonio?)
