Texas Cavaliers River Parade on the San Antonio River

Join the 75th Annual Texas Cavaliers Parade on Monday, April 22! Bring your family and friends out for a fun evening filled with professionally decorated floats and beautiful costumes. Also enjoy lots of great live music, delicious food, activities for kids and more. This parade is put together by volunteers who spend over 12,000 hours annually to showcase this incredible event.

Watch the amazing parade along with your community from the banks of the San Antonio River! This one-of-a-kind parade began in 1941 after a group of Texas Cavaliers saw boats covered in flowers in the floating gardens of Mexico City. Then, the Texas Cavaliers brought this unique experience right here to San Antonio. Also, proceeds from this event support the mission of over 60 children’s charities.
