THE OUTDOOR SCREENING: IN THE HEIGHTS AT McNay ART. This musical, set in New York City’s Washington Heights neighborhood, depicts a close-knit, primarily Dominican community united in their pursuit of the ‘American Dream.’ Usnavi de la Vega (Anthony Ramos), the owner of a bodega, wishes to revive his father’s business in the Dominican Republic. In the Heights is based on the same-named theatrical musical and involves romance, family, sacrifice, and dramatic dance routines. This film has a PG-13 rating.
