It’s time to mark your calendars for the 2019 Monarch Fest on Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24. Join the San Antonio Zoo for a weekend full of fun activities for the whole family. Special events include free native milkweed and native nectar plant seeds, as well as lots of fun games and crafts for all ages.

Enjoy this two-day festival celebrating all things monarchs,  migration and milkweed! Participate in fun games and crafts, and also learn how you can help end the extinction of the monarch butterfly. This event admission is included with standard zoo admission. This event is also free for zoo members. The San Antonio Zoo is a member of the Alamo Area Monarch Collaborative, a city initiative to conserve the monarch the area. Visit their website to get your tickets and find out more.
